Fall 2025 Instructors:

Leadership Laboratory (LLAB) is a dynamic and integrated grouping of leadership developmental activities designed to meet the needs and expectations of prospective Department of the Air Force second lieutenants and to complement the AFROTC academic program. It is a student planned, organized, and executed practicum conducted under the supervision of the Detachment Commander and Operations Flight Commander.

Learning Outcomes

1Demonstrate the supervision, management, and leadership skills expected of an Air/Space Force Officer.

2Apply and evaluate advanced leadership, followership, and teamwork concepts.

3Plan to transition from the AFROTC environment to that Active Duty Service environment.

4Apply and evaluate the advanced supervision, management, and leadership skills expected of an Air/Space Force Officer.
