This introductory course explores communication issues that arise in the global workplace. The course develops an appreciation of the relationship among culture, communication, and ways of organizing and doing business.
Learning Outcomes1Critically analyze communication issues arising in culturally diverse organizations in the global environment by utilizing conceptual and theoretical frameworks.
2Develop intercultural competencies for better managing communication issues in the global workplace by developing practical strategies for contemporary organizations operating in multiple cultures.
