This course prepares the student for the FAA multi-engine rating. Dual flight instruction is conducted in a multi-engine aircraft. Individual ground instruction will be arranged.
Learning Outcomes1Explain the design and operation of multiengine aircraft systems.
2Develop proficiency in handling engine power failures.
3Develop proficiency in flight at minimum controllable airspeeds including stalls.
4Develop proficiency in takeoffs and landings.
5Develop proficiency in abnormal and emergency procedures.
