In this course, the student will receive the necessary dual flight instruction and solo flight time to qualify for the FAA Private Pilot Certificate under Part 61 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
Learning Outcomes1Demonstrate proficiency in take-offs and landings.
2Demonstrate proficiency in flight at minimum controllable airspeed including stalls and recoveries.
3Demonstrate proficiency in planning and execution of cross-country flights using various means of navigation.
4Demonstrate proficiency in night operations and simulated instrument flight.
5Demonstrate proficiency in abnormal and emergency procedures.
