Fall 2025 Lecture Credit By ExaminationLower DivisionA discussion of the financial structure and operation of the aviation industry including aircraft and aerospace design parameters, as well as aviation financial and industrial processes. The course will cover material relevant to the overall structure of the aviation industry including history, current status of aerospace manufacturers, commercial airlines, and general aviation as well as governmental aviation agencies and international aviation. Commercialization of space and current issues in aviation will also be covered.
