Fall 2025 Lecture Upper DivisionEmphasizes the use of PC-based project management software and its applications, particularly in manufacturing organizations and especially new product development projects. Extensive use is made of several case studies to illustrate the planning and monitoring of a project. Class is held in a computer lab.
