Spring 2026 Lecture Upper DivisionThe purpose of this course is to understand the theory and processes of negotiation so that you can negotiate successfully in organizational and management settings. This course covers a wide variety of negotiation problems faced by business people. In addition, models of effective and ineffective decision-making are introduced and students will have the opportunity to make decisions at both the individual and group levels.
