The course is an undergraduate elective offered as part of the Center for Manufacturing Management Enterprises (CMME) quality initiatives. Provides an overview of various tools and methods for total quality management.

Learning Outcomes

1Make data driven conclusions and decisions for quality management operations through working on various business cases.

2Apply previously gained statistical knowledge to understand and to analyze data.

3Gain some advanced analytical technics such as Analysis of Variances (ANOVA) and Design of Experiment (DOE) to optimize obtaining data and learnings.

4Master a simple yet powerful MINITAB software to carry out complex tasks.
