An introduction to and survey of the field of management. Exposure to the different functional areas of management will be stressed. Focus will be on the individual development of the student in regard not only to future professional employment but also to his or her educational planning. Required for freshman management students.

2Analyze and rank different main areas of business in accordance with individual interests.
3Apply appropriate strategies to maximize the possibility of getting the desired grade.
4Develop a working knowledge of the many offerings that Krannert provides.
