Fall 2025 LectureThis course is an investigation of trends, developments, and issues in learning design and technology with a focus on current practices, problems, and research. This one-credit seminar is designed to help students learn about applications of instructional design and educational technology in various settings and to interact with faculty and guest speakers about topics related to the field and the LDT program.
Learning Outcomes1Become familiar with resources available to support progression through your LDT graduate program.
2Learn the specifics of the program and its requirements, including reviewing targeted learning competencies, portfolio requirements, program faculty, and the graduate handbook.
3Identify and work towards fulfilling short and long-term professional goals.
