Fall 2025 Lecture JEDIUpper Division(EDPS 45200) The course builds on students' international cross-cultural experiences, particularly Study Abroad. The course is required for those wishing to complete the Global Studies minor in the College of Education.
Learning Outcomes1Discuss economic, social, and cultural diversity within a global context.
2Describe the cultural, social and historical dynamics that influence individuals and groups.
3Explain the perspective of the culture of another country through the study of world languages, arts, spiritual traditions, mythology/literature, and/or through study abroad.
4Identify examples of how social, behavioral, or historical knowledge informs and can shape personal, civic, ethical, or global decisions and responsibilities.
5Clearly communicate a central message with the supporting materials.
