Focuses on Latin American literatures and cultural products, such as film, music, and/or art. As a variable-topics course, individual sections may variously focus on South and/or Central America, Mexico, the Caribbean, U.S. Latina/o populations, or any combination of the above. Individual sections may also examine major cultural and historical movements, and/or canonical and emerging authors and artists. May be repeated for credit.
