This is a multi-disciplinary course where students from several majors work together as a team, developing a proposal for a construction of development project, which is presented at a student competition. Topics include a variety of project types, including land development, design/build, residential, commercial and heavy highway. Permission of instructor required. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
