An introductory course in visual design computing programs used in the study and production of visual communication design.
Learning Outcomes1Develop skills using industry standard design software specifically Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
2Experiment with and iterate through image-making utilizing various methods and vector-based digital techniques.
3Strengthen conceptual image-making skills.
4Increase ability to generate and choose intensely metaphoric imagery to enhance visual communication.
