Students are trained to help peers deal with their problems and concerns. Training modules are used to build knowledge and skills in the duties of peer helpers; student development, communication, goal setting, and use of community resources are stressed. (EDPS 30100 and 30100 are for Horizon students only.) Permission of instructor required.
