This course is designed to develop theoretical and applied perspectives on needs assessment, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training and development in organizational contexts. Emphasis is placed on assessing learning and performance outcomes throughout the training and development process. Implication of training to talent development are also highlighted in a highly automated workplace. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
