Fall 2026 Lecture Distance Learning Upper DivisionThis course examines how individuals, teams, and organizations foster creativity and innovation. Students will explore the foundations of creativity, the dynamics of innovative teams, and the organizational systems and leadership strategies that enable innovation. The course emphasizes both theoretical insights and practical applications, preparing students to critically design and evaluate innovation initiatives. Topics include theories of creativity and innovation, motivation and engagement, team processes, organizational culture, ethical considerations, and the ways organizations develop, prototype, and test new ideas on their path to implementation.
