Spring 2025 Laboratory Lecture Distance Learning Lower DivisionThis introductory course focuses on construction materials, methods, and contracts for basic commercial and residential projects. Students will develop essential skills in quantity estimating, construction plan reading, and project documentation. Students will participate in hands-on lab exercises that aim to connect theory with practice. The course includes OSHA 10-hour instruction, with students earning OSHA 10-hour certification cards upon completion, further emphasizing the importance of safety in construction practices.
