Fall 2025 Lecture Laboratory Upper DivisionThis course is a study of the applications of analog integrated circuits. Topics include linear amplifiers, IC specifications, linear regulators, waveform generation, linear and switched-capacitor active filters, and nonlinear circuit applications. Computer aided analysis of these circuits is also presented.
Learning Outcomes1Analyze and design a wide variety of digitally controlled analog circuits, selecting among several alternative configurations, accounting for the non-ideal IC behavior, and selecting appropriate devices.
2Evaluate the performance of a variety of analog circuits, using appropriate standard laboratory measurement procedures, and simulations.
