3Describe what's involved in operating a maintenance department and evaluate their efforts.
4Describe how to make facilities more sustainable reduce its negative environment impact both during construction and operation.
5Describe the different regulatory requirements that apply to hospitality facilities such as building codes, licensing, and permit requirements and state the importance of compliance with those requirements.
