Learning Outcomes1Compare different approaches to analyzing and addressing public policy in the area of the environment and natural resources, contrasting the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches.
2Use relevant evidence to formulate descriptions of core policies related to environmental problems, in the U.S. and internationally.
3Demonstrate knowledge of key events, actors and outcomes in environmental policy history, and analyze the political feasibility of proposed policies.
4Critique different views on several crucial debates in environmental policy today.
