An introduction to problem based learning of the nursing process (patient evaluations, interventions, and desired resolutions) using a case based approach. This course will integrate foundational knowledge from anatomy, physiology, with information in the veterinary nursing courses. Cases will involve different domestic animal species. Students will learn using a variety of teaching modalities (lecture, group work, problem based learning). Typically offered Fall.
