The use of anthropology in practical contexts. What anthropological practice is, how it originated, how it can be applied in non- academic and interdisciplinary contexts and careers. The main contemporary issues surrounding anthropological practice, including training, ethics, relevance, and rigor. For majors and non-majors.

3Identify key methods and skills that applied anthropologists use in their careers.
